DealMind is an AI-powered property lead sourcing service operated from the United Kingdom. When this policy refers to “DealMind”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, it means the operator of dealmind.uk. You can contact us at [email protected].

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: name, email address, and billing information when you sign up or subscribe.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, search profiles created, and lead interactions — collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card details directly.
  • Contact enquiries: name, email, and message content submitted via our contact form.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the DealMind service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send you lead alerts, product updates, and service notifications

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for financial compliance purposes. Usage data is retained for 24 months. Contact enquiries are retained for 12 months.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain session state. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
