Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using DealMind (“the Service”) at dealmind.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The Service

DealMind provides AI-scored property lead data sourced from publicly available property listings on Rightmove and Zoopla. The Service identifies properties exhibiting motivated seller signals and delivers ranked leads to subscribers.

The data provided is informational only. DealMind does not provide financial, investment, legal, or property advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any property. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and acting in a business or professional capacity to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

4. Subscriptions and payment

Access to DealMind requires a paid subscription. All plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, processed by Stripe.

A 7-day free trial is available on all plans. Your card will not be charged until day 8. You may cancel before day 8 to avoid any charge.

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Refunds are at our discretion. If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to the Service, contact us within 7 days and we will assess a fair remedy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sub-licence access to the Service or its data
  • Scrape, extract, or systematically download lead data beyond your plan allocation
  • Use the Service to contact property vendors in an unsolicited, harassing, or unlawful manner
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the scoring methodology or data pipeline
  • Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or in breach of applicable regulations, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018

6. Data accuracy and disclaimer

Property listing data is sourced from third-party portals and processed by AI models. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free.

DealMind makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, fitness for purpose, or commercial utility of any lead data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

7. Intellectual property

All software, scoring algorithms, design, and content on the DealMind platform are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, modified, or used without our written permission.

Lead data is compiled from publicly available sources. We do not claim ownership of underlying property listing information.

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to make payment, with or without notice.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Contact and disputes

For any questions or complaints, email [email protected]. We aim to resolve disputes informally in the first instance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
